Tony Rutherford has over 30 years of commercial property experience.

About Us

Tony trained as a chartered surveyor with Hillier Parker and later set up the Investment Department at Stiles Harold Williams.

Leaving the agency side of the profession he joined James Smith Estates plc as Property Director and spent 14 years expanding and managing the commercial property portfolio, until the company was taken over in 2007.

Services

Hooper Estates provides competence in dealing with the day to day issues of revenue income/expenditure, as well as tenant liaison and statutory compliance.

The bespoke service includes investment initiatives such as lease restructuring, tenant mix and services procurement.


Our approach gives clients the flexibility and opportunity of placing, letting agency and other non - property management work with appropriate local agents selected for their expertise in specialist fields.
